We will work with you, identifying and advising which Consultants may be required to fulfil your project requirements and then select the most appropriate Consultants to work with us on your project. Fees for independent professional Consultants are obtained separately to enable you to make informed decisions on your project expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition to preparing construction details, contract tendering and administering the building contract when works commence on site (Contract Administration) we can also provide comprehensive Project Management and Interior Architectural Design services, which include:
Assisting you with the sourcing and specification of all your interior and exterior fixtures and fittings requirements (Lighting & Electrical Fittings, Kitchens, Bathroom Sanitary Ware, Flooring, Tiling, Ironmongery, Paint Colours, Woodburning Stoves, etc)
Preparing interior and exterior details for Bathrooms, Ensuites, Kitchens, Utility/Boot/Dog Room, Pantries, Interior Joinery, Staircases, Hard Landscaping, Pergolas, Outdoor Kitchens and Dining Areas, etc
Liaising with Specialists, Suppliers, Interior Designers, etc, as required
Obtaining quotations from Specialists and Suppliers and placing orders on your behalf
Liaising with Specialists and Suppliers regarding delivery to site
Cost control/management to ensure fully integrated coordination with the Main Contractors monthly valuations/claims for payment and Final Account
